This one is for all the valorant gamers out there. The new Valorant competition is now nearing its date of 1st march. In case you don’t know what this competiton is so The Valorant challengers is a tournament where big name esports teams together with up and coming competitors in a fierce race for coveted Ascension VCT spots. There are two ways to qualify for the challengers in Valorant
Firstly the league invites some teams to compete based on prior strong performance in challengers 2024.
Secondly, teams can qualify through VALORANT’S in game premier system which replicated esports matchups among independent groups of players
once you qualify there is a format which is followed for the tournament which is:-
Format
Swiss Stage: January 27th – March 2nd, 2025
- 16-team Swiss System format
- All matches are Bo3
- Teams that reach 4 wins advance to Playoffs
- Teams that reach 4 losses are eliminated
- Teams with a Swiss Score of 0-4 and 1-4 are relegated
- Playoffs: March 10th – March 20th, 2025
- Double-Elimination bracket
- All matches (excl. Lower Bracket Final and Grand Final) are Bo3
- Lower Bracket Final and Grand Final are Bo5
and if you win the tournament you win the prize pool and fame in the valorant gaming community.
